Kidsport.am knows that you care how information about you is used, collected and shared and we appreciate your trust we protect the information that you have provided to us.. To ensure this, we present you our privacy, with which you will be able to understand, how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personally identifiable information (hereinafter PII), such as your name, surname and email address.

Giftcards.am knows that you are concerned about how related to the information you used, collected and disseminated, so when evaluating your faith, we will provide protection for the information that you have provided to us. To ensure this, we present you our privacy, with which you will be able to understand the policy, how we collect, use, distribute and protect your personal data (hereinafter, LD); that is, your name and e-mail address, etc.

According to our privacy policy we ensure and guarantee you that all the information that you upload to our site or share with our operators will be used solely to fulfill your order.

This notice describes how we organize our Privacy Policy. By visiting our site and performing any actions on it, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the following sections.

1. By taking any actions on this site you agree to “Giftcards” Ltd.  (address – 40, Demirchyan str., Yerevan) /hereinafter Company/ processing  your Personal Identifiable Information, such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number and/or any other information that will allow to identify you directly or indirectly (in accordance with RA law “On Protection of Personal Identifiable Information”) and verify that by consenting to this you act upon your will and interest.

2. You acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal information in order to use the Company's services, to be presented with information on any promotions /offers/ or any other services provided by the Company.

3. The consent on the processing of personal information is given to allow actions with your personal information (collecting, retention, input, organization, saving, use etc.) directed at providing you with services and performing any other actions described in this notice. 

4. You acknowledge that the consent on processing personal information is considered to be given automatically, when you perform any actions on our site and the Company gets the right to process your personal information in order to provide you with service and also in all those cases when the processing of personal information is required by law.

5.  You acknowledge that in case of a WRITTEN recall of your consent on processing personal information or in case of a requirement to make amendments to or delete personal information (if the personal information is incomplete or incorrect or outdated or has been obtained illegally or is unnecessary for providing the aforementioned services) the Company is obliged to cease any actions directed at processing your personal information or make amendments to or delete your personal information within ten work-days, if there are no unsecured obligations  between you and the Company and no current contractual/non-contractual relationships exist.

In case of a recall of consent on processing personal information and in case of a requirement to delete personal information the Company ceases processing your personal information, but it will be saved in the database and can be used in cases stated in legislation. The recall of consent has no reverse effect.

The consent on processing personal information is given for the whole period of the Company's existence and for the cases stated in RA legislation - for the time period determined for those cases.

Collection of PII: When registering on or otherwise interacting with the Site, including posting an order and performing an ONLINE purchase, you may voluntarily provide PII.  When performing these actions you automatically consent to the Company collecting such information as your name, surname, e-mail address, information regarding payment and delivery.  We may also collect demographic information, such as your birthday.

Use of PII:  We may use PII to personalize your Site experience, serve you, and deliver Content, information and offers that may be of interest to you, respond to your questions and requests, and administer a promotion, survey or another Site feature.

Disclosure of PII:  We will not provide PII to third-party advertising companies that serve ads. We DO NOT SELL PII to outside parties. We may share PII with relevant Partners, who may use the information in connection with your request or expression of interest. In the event that we sell or transfer assets of our company, we may provide PII to the purchaser. We may also release PII when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law.

Protection of PII:  We will use reasonable security safeguards to protect PII against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, theft and loss.

Protection of information on payment:  We accept payments by international credit/debit payment cards Master and Visa that carry out payments on ArCa (Master, Visa, and Arca) and ArCa Virtual systems. The payments are accepted by the SSL protocol backed up by “Ameriabank” CJSC. The authorized servers of the bank have the protected SSL system that is meant for carrying out payments, and guarantees anonymity and reliability. We don’t save any information from the bank card of the customer.  

Children’s Privacy:  We do not knowingly intend to collect PII from children under 16 years of age. If a child has provided us with PII, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us. After confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to delete the child’s PII from the database that stores information for the Site.

Our company reserves the right to change, streamline and update its privacy policy at any given time and without notice. The Company will publish the renewed policy on its web-site. Any renewed privacy policy comes into force immediately after being published. At the same time the date of renewal will be posted with every update of the policy.
